Homework

I fully understand and believe that family time is important.  With the other second grade teachers I have designed our homework program to take no longer than 20 minutes a night. If your child is spending more time than that please let me know.  Each student will receive a homework packet in their Friday folders each week.  This will include; a spelling list with activities, a reading log, and math practice pages.  I will attach a guide to help parents and students manage their time, but you may choose as a family when to complete each task throughout the week.  Homework packets will be due on Friday mornings. Please make sure you sign your child’s homework packet.
